Family Separation Pathway
The Hub is developing resources and supports to assist families who are undergoing separation.
Community partners through our Hub can provide information and assistance, including referrals to professionals who can provide advice. They will arrange a 1-2 hour Separation Planning Meeting at a fixed fee of $150, if you wish. The intake form for this process is available here, or through an online form here. Please refer to the Separation Pathways website or contact us for more information.
Durham residents may also want to try PBSC’s new Family Justice Centre, which is available as an online resource during the pandemic.
