History

Durham Community Legal Clinic (DCLC) is registered charity, funded by Legal Aid Ontario, and proudly providing low income residents of Durham Region with free legal services in specific areas of law. DCLC is headquartered in downtown Oshawa, and serves all Durham Region through outreach initiatives and partnerships with other community service providers.
